Sex (male 2), Timing (< 6 h 3 / 6–24 h 1), Origin/race (non-black 3), Nausea (vomiting 2 / nausea 1), Erythrocytes/haematuria (3). 0–13.
Key points
- 0–5 low, 6–9 moderate, 10–13 high.
- High scores may reduce immediate CT use.
- Stay alert for serious mimics (AAA, pyelonephritis).
