How it works
Sokolow-Lyon: SV1 + RV5/6 ≥ 35 mm. Cornell: RaVL + SV3 > 28 mm (men) / > 20 mm (women).
Key points
- Specific but insensitive for LVH.
- Affected by body habitus, age and lead placement.
- Echocardiography is the reference standard.
